     Youth Commission
The Youth Commission develops guidelines, establish policy, direct the focus of our youth groups, and advocate on their behalf within the community and congregation. Our Missions is to strengthen and energize our youth's connection to Judaism, the Jewish community and Jewish values through participation in Kadima, USY or other related activities. The Commission consists of B'nai Tikvah members who share this mission. New members are always welcome.

      United Synagogue Youth (USY)
USY The USY is the largest Conservative Jewish Youth organization in the world and is open to students in grades 9 through 12. Our North/South Brunswick chapter was selected as United Synagogue Youth's Hagalil Region "Chapter of the Year" (1999). It was also named Chapter of Excellence (1998) and was Chapter of the Year (1997). The Chapter meets twice a month throughout the school year.

   College Committee
The Committee keeps in touch with our college students whether at home or away at school, and sends packages throughout the year for various holidays. They have always been well received and are a vital link between our Synagogue and the college youth.

Students also receive the Koach newsletter from USCJ.

    David Paul Silverstein Memorial Youth Lounge
Furnished with Air-Hockey, Juke Box, sofas, chairs, television, computer, stereo, and games, the Lounge is open selected evenings to Junior and Senior High School students for socializing.
